MSSA is organized into three departments with each one specializing in different aspects of service. The confluence of their efforts creates a seamless support network for our clients.

Design & Contract Documentation
This department focuses on design documentation (SD, DD, CD’s and Bidding), quality control (to ensure a complete, clear and organized set of Construction Documents) and specifications.

Construction Contract Administration
The Construction Contract Administration Department sets MSSA apart from other firms. We uniquely dedicate considerable resources to manage each Construction Contract. Over one-third of our staff are actively involved on every construction site on a day-to-day basis.

Business Administration
This department is responsible for general office business. They also prepare contracts and manage Construction Contract Administration accounting.
