has served as Principal-In-Charge for numerous educational projects
including new facilities, prototypical designs, extensive renovation
and modification projects as well as additions to existing facilities.
He also manages marketing, information technology and oversees the legal
aspects of the firm.

Mr. Smith has over 20 years of professional experience providing design

human resources and Contract Administration.

Since joining the firm in 1998, Mr. McIver, has been providing design and project management in all phases of construction, for a variety of building types. His background includes an additional eleven years of architectural experience and three years experience assisting in the construction supervision of large multi-story commercial developments.

Ms. Selz joined the firm in 2000. She has architectural experience,

liaison with all state and local code agencies and conducts a code analysis
and document quality control review for every project. He has over 20
years of architectural experience in CA and project management. He joined
the firm in 1997.

Mr. Burson coordinates the activities of the CA Department including the management of the on-site construction activities for all projects, coordination of consultant site observations and general administration of the construction contract. He joined the firm in 2002. His background includes Industrial Construction Operations Manager, Manufacturing Operations Manager and five years as a U.S. Army Officer.

Jerry Spinks

Mr. Spinks served as Director of CA for 17 years at MSSA. His knowledge and expertise is currently being utilized on Special Projects for the firm across all departments. He has over 30 years of construction experience including Construction Site Engineering, Assistant Superintendent, Job Superintendent, Residential General Contractor and Field Engineer/Field Services Coordinator. He joined the firm in 1989.

Tanya Rawdin

Ms. Rawdin joined the firm in 1997. As the Submittal Coordinator, she
supervises the submittal and shop drawing review for every project under
construction. She also provides design and project management in the
Design and Contract Documentation Department, including both new buildings,
renovations and additions.

Tammy Ibanez

Ms. Ibanez joined the firm in 1987 and has experience in various aspects
of the firm. She assists all CA personnel by processing change orders,
preparing punch lists and substantial completion certificates along
with processing all close-out documents. Additionally, she coordinates
the color selection process for all finishes in every project.

the U.S. Navy. He joined the firm in 1997.

Mr. Brewster has over 30 years of experience in construction. He is
a Field Representative on numerous projects in Henry County. His experience
includes Plan Reviewer for local Building Department, Job Superintendent,
Construction Site Engineer, Assistant Superintendent and Field Engineer
for a Design/Build Contractor. He joined the firm in 2001.

20 years of experience in construction. He is a Field Representative

His experience includes Construction Superintendent and carpenter. He

Ms. Larsen has over 20
years of experience in business administration. She prepares architectural
and construction contracts, processes contractor's pay applications
as well as manages accounts receivable/payable and payroll for the firm.
Her experience includes serving as a 401(k) record keeper in the Defined
Contribution Department for a large employee benefit consulting firm.
She joined the firm in 1996.

Ms. Dean has over 10 years administration experience. She assists both
the CA and design personnel, manages shipping and receiving, Construction
Document blueprinting, plan distribution for bidding, the shop drawing
