In the last fifteen years, the state of Georgia has seen remarkable growth in the construction of educational facilities. Local Boards of Education have also capitalized on the SPLOST funding, further fueling growth in this sector. MSSA has been, and continues to be, a significant participant in designing facilities to meet their needs.

MSSA provides assistance in helping clients plan for future growth in their counties. We help determine what facilities will be needed through cost analysis and budget information. Additionally, MSSA assists clients with five year planning. We maintain facility floor plans by performing tasks such as updating square footages, plan configurations and space numbers.
