COMPLEX SERVES AS CENTRAL TRAINING LOCATION
On a 150-acre rural tract of land on the north end of the city, the City of Winder Utilities Complex has three buildings: an office building, a warehouse, and records storage.
The office building, with a 2,700-square-foot training room and large breakout room, houses the utilities department and is a central location for training employees. MSSA has considerable experience in designing municipal buildings for a variety of purposes. We listen to what the owner wants and expects of the facility and follow up with designs and construction documents that reflect those desires.
