THE FIVE-YEAR VIEW
We have worked closely with many Georgia School Systems to develop their comprehensive plans, including Berrien, Bibb, Butts, Cherokee, Clayton, Greene, Henry, Lowndes, Morgan, Pike, Thomaston-Upson and Tift Counties.
Georgia law (20-2-260) requires school systems to develop Five-Year Facility Plans to participate in Georgia’s Capital Outlay Program. We created the current comprehensive Five-Year Facility Plans for the Henry County School System, one of the largest school systems in the metro-Atlanta area with over 40,000 students and 50 facilities. This includes updating facility floor plans, plan configurations and verifying and updating space inventories. We developed a needs assessment through cost analysis and budget information. These documents were provided as an organized binder in the State-specified format.
